X-MET 8000 Optimum and X-MET 8000 Expert combines Oxford Instruments ground breaking Large Area Silicon Drift Detector (SDD) with powerful 50 KV X-ray Tube which provide significant accuracy improvement, much better limit of detection and delivers a five time faster measurement speed X-MET 8000 Optimum and X-MET 8000 Expert analyzes elements from Mg (12) to U (92) while X-MET 8000 Smart give results from K (21) to U (92). Besides, X-MET 8000 series is equipped with 2 Li-ion batteries which will serve a full day operation (10-12 hours) each.
